In practice, it is not feasible to handle thousands or even millions of ballots for every minor issue in a distributed network with a low transactions per second (TPS) rate. Therefore, voting on $SSCNT should be considered as a comprehensive issue to decide on matters that influence or bring about changes in the ecosystem's growth. This ensures that the ecosystem can evolve more efficiently.
