It merely stores and organizes transactions based on certain criteria before sending the values to the blockchain. The blocks generated by transactions are stored as a distributed ledger on the blockchain. Furthermore, Chain Tracker Pro is not controlled by smart contracts. Complex and detailed smart contracts can carry technical risks and pose challenges for the entire governance system.
